We are back with another wrap-up. Unfortunately there is not much to report again this week as it was another slow week of Alex sightings and behind the scenes. Although in prior years this amount of activity would be the norm, it is hard to get used to after being spoiled for so long with so much action right after hiatus.
The buzz of the week (pun intended) was the new haircut that Alex has. Many fans speculated the reason as to why. Not to discount those conversations that appeared everywhere across social media, but whether a personal choice or for the show, it is just hair and it will grow back. Alex has had many looks over the years, which some like and some don’t. This just brings the focus back to his insides which are always the same, and for us that is what makes Alex special.
Now, here’s the wrap-up!
Last Saturday, Alex attended the BJJ belt testing at Egan’s gym. Egan put together this video which he shared on his FB page, and from it, we have screencapped the Alex moments below.

On Tuesday, the cast was shooting late at Leahi hospital and the local star hunter tracked Alex down for a pic. Even after what was obviously a long day, he was willing to stop and pose.
On Wednesday Alex was seen shooting at the Breakers Hotel and this pic was taken of the action.
Another fan photo of Alex with this couple from Australia. It was taken at Bills Hawaii, a restaurant with an Australian flair.
On Thursday, Christmas came early to Hawaii, as the cast began shooting episode 8.11, which will be their holiday episode. It is nice to see from the short clips below which were shared by Shawn Garnett (Flippa), that they all seemed to be in the spirit..
